Staying in the Pink

Life is hectic;  it's a fast food society, we don't get enough exercise and healthcare is just too darn expensive. None of us are getting any younger and it's time to start paying attention to our bodies.  Most of us can use a littlle bit of help getting in better shape and keeping tabs on our physical condition.  At Learning Is Fun Store, we have some software that will help you do just that.

An excellent place to start is with Personal Fitness, an interactive program designed by fitness expert, Norma Chase.  Not just an exercise video, you will receive instruction on how to design the program that is right for you whether you're trying to lose weight, recover from an injury, or just want to look and feel better.  Easy to follow demonstrations are included and you can print out your own personal fitness record.

Quickstart Personal Health Watch is an excellent way to assess your physical well-being.  Loaded with good information about staying healthy, how to reduce sodium in your diet and monitoring blood pressure.  It also contains valuable advice on living longer and changes that you can make to do so.

If you belive in a natural approach to better health, Herbal Guide will be of interest to you.  Not a substitute for going to the doctor or traditional medicine, it does have helpful advice along with herbal choices for 250 common ailments from sore throats to headaches.  It contains detailed information about common herbs available at health food stores and proper dosages.
