Bailey and Millie

Trusted by educators and a favorite of children and parents alike, is software that features the loveable characters Bailey and his friend Millie.   This software developed by Edmark has become a favorite way to introduce children to the wonderful world of knowledge that opens up when you learn reading, writing and arithmetic.  At Learning Is Fun Store, we are pleased to be able to offer you several wonderful software programs featuring these charming characters.

Designed for youngsters ages 3-5, Millie and Bailey Preschool will help develop a variety of necessary skills that children need to know before entering school.  This program not only teaches them about letters, early phonics, numbers and shapes, but, helps develop necessary thinking skills.  Children learn about listening, problem solving, following directions, and spatial awareness.  It will also help them to become courteous, confident and have a sense of self-esteem.

Every parent knows the importance of reading and how important it is to future scholastic success.  A great way to start your child off on the right path is Bailey's Book House.  This software has developed a great reputation, and, with good reason.  There are seven fun activities to hone literacy and inspire kids to learn letters, words and word families, rhyming, prepositions, adjectives, and storytelling. Children can even make their own greeting cards and storybooks.

Make math easier and learning the basics a whole lot of fun with Millie's Math House.  Children explore early math concepts by counting critters, building mouse houses, creating crazy-looking bugs, making jellybean cookies for Harley the horse, and finding just the right shoes for Little, Middle, and Big.  Children play while structured learning balanced with gentle, positive feedback enhances their experience.
